School Inclusion Bases
Taking control of your alternative provision
For local authorities and multi-academy trusts commissioning alternative provision, quality, accountability and oversight are everything. You need to know that every placement delivers and that the provider you trust understands the full landscape of need.

Nulogic's school inclusion bases are designed for exactly this. Led by the school and delivered by experts in AP, they provide specialist, therapeutically informed in-school provision that’s flexible to the political landscape, giving local authorities and multi-academy trusts a trusted, accountable solution, and learners the support they need to re-engage and progress.

Pioneering provision
We have developed our School Inclusion Base model in direct alignment with the recommendations of the DfE White Paper on school inclusion. We were ahead of the curve, and as national policy continues to evolve, our provision evolves with it. This is what makes us trusted partners for local authorities, trusts and schools who need more than a service provider. You need an expert.
THROUGH OUR IN-SCHOOL SUPPORT
CHILDREN REMAIN IN THEIR SCHOOL COMMUNITY
SCHOOL LEADERS HAVE FULL OVERSIGHT OVER EVERY PLACEMENT
SCHOOLS RECIEVE THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY ON ALREADY STRAINED BUDGETS
KEEPING LEARNERS CONNECTED
When young people are supported within their school, the outcomes are typically stronger and more sustainable. Learners still feel part of the school community, their sense of belonging is protected, and they’re much better placed to be able to re-engage with school life when they’re able to.

With a varied offering within our specialist inclusion bases, learners can work towards vocational qualifications alongside core curriculum subjects, helping them discover and develop new skills.

Our inclusion bases can also provide targeted support for learners with SEND and SEMH needs who benefit from a more personalised learning environment.

WITH SCHOOL-BASED ALTERNATIVE PROVISION WE SEE:

Support for EOTAS learners
Our school inclusion bases also support EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) learners - young people whose education is funded and commissioned directly by the local authority outside of a mainstream school placement. For local authorities, this is a quality, accountable provision that keeps learners engaged and progressing and brings them closer to traditional educational settings.
WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP
Our school inclusion bases are designed to feel like part of the school community, not an external service. They sit within the school site, with our team working alongside you and your staff.
WE MANAGE IT FOR YOU
We work closely with the local authorities and school leadership teams to agree the aims and direction of our provision, then we manage the staffing, delivery and operational running of the base.
MEET THE MOMENT
“Having the Nulogic provision on our school site has strengthened the educational opportunities and inclusion aspects of Kingsbury School. The impact of this provision has been excellent. It has improved our intervention quality for students that are at risk of permanent exclusion and have instead provided an opportunity for them to obtain their GCSE’s that, ordinarily, may not have been achieved. These students have also moved on to successful destinations.”
Martin Clarke
Principal - Kingsbury School
