What makes a good fire risk assessor?

A competent fire risk assessor has a blend of training, qualification and relevant experience.

Good knowledge and experience of technical fire safety combined with an awareness and understanding of the client's fire safety strategy and wider organisational constraints ensures that the application of fire safety recommendations and management is practical, reasonable, achievable and sustainable.

nulogic supports the Competency Criteria for Fire Risk Assessors published by the Fire Risk Assessment Competency Council (available here) and works with its assessors to ensure that their standards are always high and are maintained through a process of continuous professional development.

Sales

Our focus is on the social housing sector and we are always open to discussing opportunities if you have good contacts in the sector and experience of working with clients to deliver a first-class service.

We'd also like to talk to you if you have relevant contacts and experience in other sectors including the NHS, retail and hospitality.

Project services

Based in Antrim, our project services team provides essential administration and services to support project delivery and the wider organisation objectives. If you have strong communication and administration skills, an ability to co-ordinate multiple activities and give solid attention to detail and diligence we would welcome an opportunity to talk with you.

Our Technical Director Andy Cloke has just been awarded FRACS Accreditation.

Andy has an amazing career in Fire safety and is extremely well decorated with career awards for his hard work and technical ability, however to enhance the service we offer to clients Andy has undertaken a rigorous technical assessment which has concluded in him being awarded the accreditation status and now sits on the Register of Accredited Assessors.
