ATK provides simple but effective tools that allow Managers to schedule assessments.
Assessments can be scheduled on a day-by-day basis or in advance.
The assessment schedule is divided into three main components; a year planner; a summary
of assessments for any given day; and finally a summary of a highlighted assessment.
Using the year planner, Managers can view scheduled assessments for any year. The year
planner provides an at-a-glance status of assessments. Pending, overdue, in-progress and
completed assessments are all shown on the year planner.
Assessments for a given day are easliy viewed by clicking on the required date on the
year planner. The schedule will list all of the assessments for that day along with
some information on each assessment.
A more detailed summary for a specific assessment can be viewed by clicking on the desired
assessment. ATK will display details for the assessment such as; title and description; the
due date; the list of assigned assessors and any additional assessing notes.
Features at a Glance...
- Unlimited Assessments for any date
- One or more Assessments per day
- For one or more Assessors
- For single or multiple Organisations
- Reports based on Assessment completion
- Different types of Assessment
You can schedule assessments for one or more Assessors. For example, you may have a team of Assessors
who regularly assess a specific risk in your organisation. Its easy to schedule an assessment for
the team. You can ask each Assessor to record their own observations, or, ask the team to assess
as a group and designate an Assessor as the scribe.
ATK automatically tracks and monitors the status of your assessments. Overdue assessments are
highlighted on the year planner. Managers can enable email notications to ensure that Assessors
are reminded of upcoming and overdue assessments.
Need to report progress to Management? ATK provides you with the tools to generate an up-to-date
assessment schedule. Simply select the dates you are interested in, and ATK will generate an
schedule report showing all scheduled assessments, their status, which Assessors are overdue and
any additional notes.
ATK provides simple but effective tools that allow Managers to schedule assessments.
Assessments can be scheduled on a day-by-day basis or in advance.
Assessments are carried out by Assessors using Tablet PC's. Assessment teams vary in size, but ATK will
comfortably scale to suit your needs - whether you have one Assessor or 50 Assessors. Assessors can share
a Tablet PC or have a Tablet each.
You schedule the workload for each Assessor. Assessors then synchronise their Tablets to receive the latest
scheduled assessments. Assessors then login to the ATK assessment software, open an assessment and
start recording their observations.
In addition to multiple Assessor/Tablet support, ATK also provides support for one or more types
of assessment. These assessments will be available to your Assessors - providing you choose to schedule
such an assessment.
Since your Assessors will record findings using a Tablet PC, they can be truely mobile. This is an added benifit for
assessments that require Assessors to go off-site to collect their data. Furthermore, using ATK , your Assessors
do not need to be in the same office, building or even country to get their latest assessments.
All that is required is an Internet connection and your Assessors can receive new assessments and submit completed
assessments remotely. Alternatively, ATK can be configured so that your Assessors return to base and
submit their findings - daily, weekly or monthly.

Where a group assessment is scheduled, ATK gives you ability to designate a Team Leader.
When assessments are complete, you can analyse the data and produce reports using our one-click reporting tools.

You've collected data through your Assessment Team, provided an audit trail and
conformed to industry and/or legal requirements. Now...what do you do with that data?
ATK provides powerful one-click data analysis and reporting tools. These tools allow
you to see at a glance how your Organisation is performing and easily idenity risks.
Additionally, ATK gives you ability to query your data to uncover trends. For example,
you might wish to anaylyse data in your assessments for frequently of a specific
hazard or risk. ATK gives you ability to this.
To create a report, simply choose which assessments you want to analyse, select
a report template or style and ATK will do the rest.
With each type of assessment ATK provides a suite of data analysis modes and
reporting styles. All you need to do is select the mode and template most applicable
and ATK will do the rest.
The finished report is archived by the system. You can view, print, email reports.
Each report is assigned a unique identifier and ATK uses this identifier to maintain
yor audit trail. By default, every report contains a list of the assessment that were
used in the data analyse mode. When viewing the report on screen, you can load and view
any assessment by 'clicking' on the assessment identifier.

In terms of your audit trail, you can trace back from each report to the assessments
used to generate the report.
Reports can be scheduled in advanced. These reports are automatically generated by ATK
whenever assessment data is submitted - thats one less task to worry about.
In addition to automatic report generation, ATK provides support for 'rolling reports'.
In a rolling report, ATK automatically refreshs the report each time an
Assessor submits their findings. For example, you might have an assessment programme
that spans a six month period, with assessment twice a week for the period. ATK
gives you ability to schedule a report and and refresh that report each time an
assessment is completed. This gives a rolling snapshot of performance and risk.
ATK offers tools that make managing actions and tasks easy.
Competent Assessors will not only record their observations, but all also suggest
remedial actions or tasks. These will be designed to mitigate a specific risk
or issue that has been observed during the assessment.
Using ATK, you can select one or more assessments and extract any actions to
build an Action Plan.
Each assessment that ATK supports, allows Assessors to specific Actions. You
can build an Action Plan that includes all of the actions from your assessments.
For example, at the end of your 6 month assessment period you could select all
of the completed assessments and create an Action Plan. ATK will extract each
action from your set of assessments and produce the plan.
Mananager can edit the Action Plan. Actions can be assigned to key personel or
departments, given a priority and a completion date. Actions Plans can then be
printed or emailed to the assigned individuals.

Actions are monitored by ATK. Any overdue actions are flagged in the assessment
schedule. You can also elect to have email notifications to the assigned person
and yourself for reminders.
Each action and Action Plan is assigned a unique identifier. Each assessment is
highlighted in the Action Plan. This gives you the ability to trace actions back
to the originating assessment. Thus maintaining your audit trail.
You can also create Action Plans based on reports. Reports will typically
include data from multiple assessments. Its therefore easy to create an Action Plan
based on any report. Action Plans created in this way will include the report's unique
identifier. This helps you to trace actions back to the originating assessment
via the report.
